Eoin Hamilton is a Managing Associate at Excello Law in the Belfast office.
Eoin specialises in Real Estate and advises a wide variety of clients including institutional investors, developers, renewable energy companies, pension funds and property companies on all aspects of property transactions and property related matters.
Eoin advises clients in relation to property acquisitions, disposals, financings, commercial and residential development, renewable energy projects, landlord and tenant, portfolio management and estate management.
Eoin has significant expertise in Real Estate litigation and has acted on a wide range of complex property disputes.
Before joining Excello Law, Eoin was a leading member of the A&L Goodbody Real Estate department.

- Acting on behalf a major US based manufacturer of aerostructures for commercial airlines in connection with providing various disposals of real estate assets and licences to a US based manufacturer of commercial airlines.
- Acting on behalf of the owner of a major retail park in connection with leases to leading retailers and advising on general estate management issues at the retail park
- Acting on behalf of a major residential developer in connection with site acquisition through to disposal of various sites in Northern Ireland.
- Acting on behalf of a real estate investment fund in connection with the acquisition of a student accommodation complex.
- Acting on behalf of a significant tenant manufacturing company securing one of the most significant lettings of office premises in Northern Ireland in 2025.
- Acting for various clients in relation to real estate litigation in the County Court and High Court of Northern Ireland including obtaining an injunction and a significant settlement for a client in connection with a right of way dispute to enable the development of lands.
