A team from Excello Law NI led by Greg Martin (Partner) has advised Urban Green Private on the refinancing of The Quays Shopping Centre, a retail and leisure complex in Newry.
The funding package provided by Belfast Commercial Funding (BCF) will facilitate enhancement and expansion works to the Centre and ended the company’s administration.
The Excello team comprised Greg Martin, David Wilson and Eoin Hamilton (Real Estate) and James Browne (Finance).

As reported in the Irish Times, expansion plans to the shopping centre include a new food court and additional retail offerings.
