Excello Law advises Woodgate Group on multi million-pound refinancing

Excello Law has advised Woodgate Group on the successful completion of a £16m refinancing of its strategic real estate assets in England and NI. The transaction involved multiple tranches and financing from a consortium of separately represented lenders.
